Our core area of interest lies in providing Information technology advisory, consultancy, and development & implementation services. We have expertise in providing Web Hosting, Domain Name Registration, Bulk SMS & Payment Gateway Integration, Biometric Solution, Website Designing, Software Development, Networking, Geographic Information System and E-commerce solutionin both Public & Private sectors. We manage projects from pre–implementation stages to post-implementation stages. We undertake software need evaluation, project management analysis, customization, design, development, testing & implementation of application of software.
Another customer-oriented approach took us to UPDESCO, UPTRON and NICSI (NEW DELHI), an apex consumers’ c body, sponsored by Govt. of India AND UP to obviate the need to go through the tedious process of inviting tenders by placing orders directly on them by a single tender. All the said IT & Office Automation products and consumables are available through UPDESCO, UPTRON, and NICSI (NEW DELHI) with which we are registered for supplying computers and computer peripherals.
Customer-orientation
To provide the best of the products available in the industry to its customers and to cut down the costs due to the existence of intermediaries, TRYAKSI Technologies Pvt.Ltd. Has adopted customer-oriented tie-ups with IT giants like ACER, IBM, HCL, HP, CISCO, D-LINK, POLYCOM, SAMSUNG, WIPRO, COMPAQ, and MICROSOFT for selling their products in the Indian markets during the last couple of years. Recently TRYAKSI Technologies Pvt.Ltd. has entered into a tie-up with and SHARP for selling their IT & Office automation products. ACER, IBM and HCL have appointed TRYAKSI Technologies Pvt.Ltd. as their Business Partner/Service Provider for their products in addition to being authorized reseller.
Organizational Setup
The Director, Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh, a technocrat with vast working experience in IT industry and a man with vision and experience in man management heads TRYAKSI Technologies Pvt.Ltd. The present total manpower of the organization present is 45. We have a Vice President who looks after the business development & coordinates various activities in the organization. There are seven marketing/sales executives who are headed by the Manager Marketing. This team covers the entire northern region including the city of Delhi.

A team of qualified engineers headed by the Maintenance Manager care of “after-sales-support” and the “third party maintenance of mini/micro computers”. The team is competent enough to handle different products on various platforms like DOS/Networking/UNIX/Win 95, 98/ Win NT/ORACLE etc.
